    In other situations though, it would not be feasible.

    tru. it could work but is not right. most time wont work or cause the bowl to stay mostly empty or overflow.

    Well I rebuilt the carb today, cleaned out all the jets and made it look like new. After the trike refused to fire up other than a few ether sputters, I pulled the plug. It was bone dry and didn't smell of gas. I then unscrewed the bowl drain screw and nothing poured out.

    I knew something was up at that point. Swapped it around and put the carb back on and it fired up on the second pull with no ether.
