    can i do this?

as some of you might know finding a 4x130 aluminum rim thats 9 inches tall and 9 inches wide with a 5x4 offset is quite hard.
i have one rim with these dimensions that has the 110 and 130 bolt pattern, the other i bent in a crash a while ago. im trying to find another rim to match it now, but i cant find anything (im guessing the 110 and 130 rim combo is old and rare, they are Douglas aluminum rims or DWT)

I could just buy a pair of 200x Hubs for the 4x110 pattern right? will all years of 200x hubs match my axle splines? do all 200x years have the 110 bolt pattern?
what other models could i use?
i still have a few phone calls to make but if i cant find that rim then ill have to get some new hubs so i can have my aluminum offset rim to match the one i already have (the offset improves handling quite a bit)

or if someone has one to sell? hit me up

oh jeez, i found extended hubs on ebay. would be going with these hubs and the offset rims make it to wide or not (plus 5ish inches overall) it would be cool to make it nice and wide for the dunes.
anyone have problems with going wide on any trikes? other than not being able to fit in tight trails.
or is it all an advantage to go this wide.

keep in mind, 200x rims are 8"... you'd need 350x rims or similar if you want 9" rims on the 200x hubs

? im confused. the diameter of the rim has nothing to do with the hub just as long as it has the 4x110 bolt pattern. it could be an 8 inch to 10 inch rim and shouldn't matter.
i dont understand what you mean.

i plan on putting a 9 inch by 9 inch rim on the 200x hub. (offset 5 inches by 4 inches)

300ex hubs are a little more offset then the 200x. Give you about 2 1/2 to 3 inches wider. I have them on my ATC 90 and 200x both. They work great.

ill look into that. i found after market hubs for a 200x, 300ex ect (many other models as be know) that are extra offset http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/exten...s#ht_599wt_939 but dont know if that will be too wide with my offset rims
and they are a bit expensive as i can get stock 200x hubs for half the price. maybe if i find 300ex hubs for cheap ill go that route.

so i wonder how much wider/better the more expensive hubs would be. but ill probably go with the cheap 300ex ones.

I knew you wanted 9" tires on it, so I wanted to be sure you knew 200x rims were only 8", that's all

i will get back to you on that. after i finish getting my engine parts together and looking at how much cash i burned i might have to take that offer. but if i got more money then im gonna get the 300ex or the wide set. i got a grad part/family reunion tomorrow and we will see how much i rake in (since i already have college paid for).
