I paid $250 for it. Fired right up with the kicker but the e-start wasn't working. I put in a new set of brushes and the e-start works. All the lights work. Gonna have to look for a right fender and side plate.

For some reason I cannot get ot to go into fourth gear. I am sure on the shift pattern. Try to go to fourth but it's neutral. The shift lever isn't correct and loose on the shift shaft. Hopefully that plat is preventing me to get to fourth? All other gears are good. Pretty stocked about this Big Red, gonna be a killer hunting/ice fishin machine.

Heck of a deal... I paid more for mine, and was a turd when I got it. Love mine for ice fishing and hunting! Pulled 4 bucks out of the woods last year...

The 200m? And the 200e/es may have as well, one of those was also called the BR but with a 200 engine and no rear suspension

2 piece? WTF? The red part is all one piece, and has a mudflap bolted on...? Is that what you are calling the 2nd piece?

I think he means the back fenders are seperate from each other on the back unlike the 350x etc. Great find! I'd give $250 for the parts on that BR!

Ya, I think I got a pretty good deal. I've been lookin for one of these since last winter. I've found a couple in the same(ish) shape as mine but were usuallt al least $700.

    My '83 ATC200s has two(seperate?) rear fenders.
