Finally got me a 200x with a kerker exhaust

Well, I traded my 110 for a 200x. Here is what she looks like. She smokes like a chimney, previous owner drilled holes in the airbox needs rear axle bearings. Currently has aluminum rims all around, new renthal handlebars, twist throttle, DG rear grab bar and a full kerker exhaust. Let the fun begin.

If it aint old I dont want it!

Looks pretty clean. Are the rear tires on backwards?

I've been riding since the 80's too, and its the only Kerker exhaust I've ever seen, born in 82 was riding by 85-86. The exhaust has a really nice note to it, I was thinking about selling it off but I think I'm going to hold on to it for a bit. I believe thats the stock swing arm but the shock tensioner is cranked all the way down I think, it barely flinches when I sit on it but it's at a nice comfortable height. Those rear tires are bi-directional. The way they are now its for the sand, if you put them the other way (like I am going to), they are meant for the mud.

Hey Swigin, by chance do you have any pics of your kerker exhaust. Would be cool to see the other type.

I still have to get the rear brake pedal to master cylinder linkage figured out, anybody have a picture of that? Thanks.

no, there weren't any digital cameras or internet yet (man i feel old) but it had a white header pipe and a 4 inch canister with neat cast aluminum end caps.

maybe someone can post up an old add that would show both styles. i do know they made yours in black or chrome.

Well, no rest for the wicked. I got it most of the way apart, took the top end off to find a deep score in the cylinder wall and a banged up piston. I'm surprised it still ran. Got me a nice cylinder/piston combo on ebay. Hopefully will be running by this weekend.

Ok, here are the pics of the cylinder and piston. You have to look real close for the damage on the piston, as this camera isn't really that good with close ups.
