I just got a pro design cool head kit and all the studs installed.. Now I heard that when installing the head you dont need the head gasket only the o-ring are necessary. Is this true cause i got my whole engine rebuilt and this my final step please let me know asap.. thanks

yes just use the o rings. i have a trx250r with a oring cool head and it works fine.

Just curious, what size domes you gonna be runnin' ? What other mods you got on her? I want a coolhead for mine with some 19cc domes but that will have to wait for the 421 cub and +4 timing.
