Hello all- I had a little problem with the ATC 110 and thought I would share the remedy. I’ve had this bike a month or so and have been working on getting it reliable and rideable. It was stuck in low and I couldn’t get the high/low switch to budge. I decided to take it apart and figure out what was broke or stuck. Luckily for me the only thing wrong was the high/low shaft was just seized where it comes into the case. I had to drive it out with a brass punch and a 2lb sledge. It was very stuck. Used a dremel tool and polishing wheel to clean it up, and added a little white lithium to help with the reinstall. Now it moves freely and changes from high to low like it should. Just waiting on a new gasket and it will be ready to ride.
