How do Boyesen Power Reeds increase performance?

Do they just help with throttle response?

I believe they will help performance as well as throttle response. Anything over stock will be an upgrade.

Yes, they are more flexible.. yet they hold their shape longer. They also open and close faster than stock reeds.
