I drained the oil, took off the right side cover & found a broken part which turned out to be a shift drum stopper. I searched the forum and it looks like I need to buy a clutch puller tool to replace the part. Should I replace anything else while I am in there? The oil screen is clean and in good condition. Should I replace any springs? O-rings? I have never taken appart a clutch before but it looks like I need to remove the 2 phillips screws on the front of the clutch assembly to get at the "special" nut that I need the removal tool?
Thanks in advance for any help:beer

You can grind a 15/16th socket down to fit that special nut.

If I have to order parts, I always replace the little orings because they guide oil and of course the gasket. If you grease the heck out of the gasket, you can usually reuse it a couple of times and it doesn't get stuck to the cases.

All those springs usually get reused without an issue unless it's really beat up and tired.

I have an 85 110 in pieces here if you need any parts......
