frankien-z clutch cable adjustment?

Hey everyone. I just purchased a new clutch cable, lever, and perch for my frankien-z.

One problem............I have no idea how to adjust it so that it works correctly. I know how to adjust it on the lever. But that isn't doing much at all. It is almost at the end of its threading, and it shouldn't be like that. What else can I do?

with the adjuster on you lever a 1/8-1/4 out...you have to use a open end wrench and hold it with a phillips , so when you tighten it with the wrench the screw dont turn.
