I have come to a conclusion Honda is the best how many honda's do you have i have 2. 1982 250r and 2003 400ex

Ya know, everyone says Honda is best in terms of reliability. I would have to say Yamaha is just as good. My little YTM200 ran 1,500 hours on the same oil, it got ran EVERY day at least 5 hours, and beat the living F@CK out of it. Only thing that went wrong with it was a clutch basket screw came loose and was knocking around against the primary clutch, but I decided to do a rebuild then. I'm sure y'all have some abuse stories too but there's mine....and also, that was before I knew about taking care of engine's...that lil YTM is gonna be taken care of from now on when I get the rebuild done.

Hondas are also tough motha' f@ck@s. I took one right into a fence(on accident) and my Honda didnt even get a scratch, the fence was snapped in half though lol.

My SX went 2 years with out an oil change and 14 years with out the fork oil being changed........oh and I dont think the diff. fluid has ever been changed but I dont know. Still running like a champ with over 100K on the odo.

I had an 83 185s with a 200s motor in it and i drove the shiot out of it for about 4 years, i never changed the oil, it burned lots and i put old black oil in it, and on one occaision i was holding it right to the pins, and came around a corner on the old railway tracks and hit a steel gate (right into the post) it hardly did any damage to the bike, well, smashed the headlight and cracked the front fender all the way up, but she was still running, in fact it wouldn't shut off, after my daze wore off i hauled it back from the gate and it took off down the trail by itself in 5th gear, i had to run after it and hop on and haul the spark plug cap off. a wire-connecter going to the run switch unhooked, so i couldn't shut it off.
Honda's are one hell of a rugged machine

82, 83, 85, and 86. 2 of them were cheap but the other 2 weren't. i just hate to turn down a good deal. all of them need work. whem i bought the 85 and 86 they were in good running condition. i am in the process of rebuilding both of them. the other 2 will be done during the winter.

O'hey, Honda also has claim to the Best QUAD Ever. the 86-89 TRX 250R, best handling and best motor.

honda' are the best!!!! me nad my brother always have arguments about which is better he has a yamaha ty80 and i got a bigred. so yeah were always arguing which is better. :rolleyes:
