full blown night ride

saturday night i took my brother and his son on a night ride to gordons well , they came down from anchorage alaska,, the last time we rode together was 7 years ago,, at sandlakes in oregon,, he had to have a brain tumor removed and all he could think about was riding,,, so we took a weekend before his surgery and rode like there was no tomorrow,,, funny for him there might not have been ,,so i figured even though our season is over because of the desert heat,, f'this,,, we are going night riding!!!! there was a group of about 100 people that go there every fathers day,,, they have for 27 years,,,, we were accepted into the group,, since we are the first outsiders to ever show up ,, it was pretty kool... the wind was a steady 20 when we got there,,, no biggie!!! halfway into the first ride ,,about 6:30 the wind stopped and we all know what that means!!! beautiful smooooooth sand,, temp was about 80 so it was PERFECT!! we covered alot of ground since all four of us are expierenced riders!! fun fun fun fun,,,, worth everysecond of the drive even though we bucked a 25 mph head wind for 130 miles to get there,,,, i will size some pictures and post after breakfast!! ahhh maybe a couple,,, first one robert posing for the camera,,, second was me on the 350x

That first pic took my breath away!!! That is the Effin' epitamy of 3 wheelin right there!!!!! I vow to one day ride the sand dunes on my Honda trike and get 7,387 pictures man.......... son of a b&*%$ I wish I had the time and money to West coast it.......... Got that TRX pic in hi res? Riding in the dunes is one thing I really want to do, Ive got 2 sets of sand tires but theyve only ever seen snow!! :lol:
