in the video you cant hear it well but there is a god awful knock. it is a fresh top end. all the bottom end has maybe 8 hours on it with all new seals and bearings. as you can see if burns a ton of oil, it smells like engine oild and there is engine oil comeing out of the headpipe and the jug so im pretty sure its engine oil. if you have any idea of what could be causing this please let me know i only have three days to get it going before i leave for trikefest. thanks

HOLY CHIT!! Sounds terrible, no mosquitos though :D
I'm guessing crank/main bearing related and it's pulling tranny fluid into the crank area, burning it and thats the reason for the smoke.
That could be an easy screw up, like a gasket or seal, but that sound is terrible and I'd imagine means there is another bigger boo boo somewhere such as a main bearing or crank installation issue......
Who helped ya with this?
I think it's gonna have to come apart again.......... :(
BUT, I've never touched a Tecate and don't consider myself a "Tecate Tech"

well i put it togeather my self. but i have ran it on tow different builds. the one was brand new every thing and my buddy hopped on it and melted the piston. and the second was a jug and piston i bought so i could run it at trikefest. and it ran great with that set up. im pretty sure the bearings are good in the bottom end there is no reason for them to be bad. so you guys think i just need to split it and then reseal it all?

Yes you need to split it again, if you have tranny fluid ( or engine oil ) in the crank case or coming out of the exhaust, then you at the very least have seal issues.
