Better Shock Linkage for 250r????

Hey guys,

I am trying to update my 85 250r that I built 6 years ago. I have the rear shock off for rebuilding and was woundering it there is a upgraded shock linkage I could put on?

Also where can I get a kit with new bushings and bearings for the linkage?

Any info would be great
