Did you (or the previous owner) flip the bike over or have it standing on the rear wheels for any length of time? If so (or you don't know) I'd clean that out first, just in case it was and try it again. If it still does it, I'd say you have excessive blowby.

anybody......is it the piston rings?? if so could i just hone the cylinder and put new rings in or would i need to just go ahead and rebuild or put a new motor in?

Rings and/or cylinder wear. Causes excessive pressure in the crankcase, blows it out the vent.

Here's a good article

so rings and honning cylinder wont work? just seeing how much this is going to cost me

You won't know till you take it apart (which costs nothing).

how easy does it fire up?

well the problem with it starting was the floats were sticking closed and not giving it any gas i got that temp fixed it still needs a new carb but once i did that and a new plug puled it like twice and fired right up

your compression sounds nice, if you had bad rings or a worn piston wall it probably wouldint start that easy, id remove the hose thats attached to the engine, see if any comes out while running it, if u had enough compression to push oil out like that i dont see how it would run so easily.
