shifting problems?

i just picked up a 84 110 atc with a spare motor for $150! i have a couple of problems. keep in mind im new to small engines

1. it bogs when i push on the throttle and dies unless i have the choke on. then it seems to run. also if i have the choke off it idles really high. i cleaned out the carb really good and the air filter. what could be the problem?

2. i only have what seems like 3rd and 4th. and it pops out of gear.

3. when im going about 25mph it pulls to the right a lot.

1. there should be a screw you can use to turn the idle down.
3. check tire pressure in the right rear

He should probably check all the tires, the manual says 2.2 psi.

ya they were low. the right ones was the lowest. what about the shifting problem?
