no need to get into the cases.change clutch, plates and springs.piston and rings, check how to do it rings only go one way, do a search.do a gasket kit valve guides maybe valves if needed new plug, clean carb and get rebuild kit cam chain with guides and gears.that should be good for many years to come.good luck over seas and kill some towlies for me.

I need a little help here please, about two years ago I purchased a lot containing 110,125,185,200s and 250 big red atcs. They are all complete, however arent quite in running condition. The 1980 110 engine is COMPLETELY apart and The 125 and the 185 have the top end removed, which I did thinking I would have the time to rebuild them, HAHA, and the 200 and 250 are still untouched. What I need is to be able to crate them up (the engines) one at a time and send them off to someone that can rebuild them then send them back to me rebuilt and ready to go.When I say rebuild, I mean complete, cylinders ,head and gearcases etc etc. good stock rebuilds no high performance stuff, I need to be able to send my wife and kids out riding and not have any worries.
I can do the rest of the bikes myself but have figured out there is no way I have the time to go thru the engines. I travel for work and its just not gonna work out. I would like to deal with a member here on the board and give them my buisness, if I can.
thanks a million for a help

^ Hey bud, welcome to 3WW :beer

Start a "New Topic" in Trikesylvania stating "Need someone to rebuild my motors" and you'll get some response. No one will see it hidden here in someone elses topic....

Just wondering, what do you expect to pay to rebuild these?? In the case of the 110 to the 200s, you may just want to buy some Lifan motors and call it a day. You can even get electric start which may make life allot easier on you instead of starting them all back up for the wife and kids each time they stall :D

Anyhow, start a new topic and I'm sure you'll get plenty of input :beer
