200x K&N Filter- Oil?

I just pulled the air filter on my 200x. It has a K&N filter on it, and it was filthy, so I cleaned it with some spray cleaner and hosed it down. What I don't know is whether this type of filter is supposed to be oiled?

yes it uses filter oil .... they sell k&n recharge kits that work well..... has the cleaner and the oil

You can get the recharge kit for about $10 at AutoZone or anywhere that sells K&N filters. The automotive and atv filters use the same cleaning agent and oil.

Any autoparts store has the re-charge kit ....

I have some non K&N stuff that should work. I just never had one of these filters before. Thanks for the info.
