Now that i have an engine for my 110, i'm going to start working on getting the muffler de-rustified. Any suggestions? I want something cheap and i don't have the money to buy lots of Evaporust.

wire wheel on a bench grinder and a wire cup on an angle grinder, will get almost any place needed.

just get it sand blasted then fix any rot spots and prime it and paint it with some good High temp primer and paint. i got my huge snowmobile exhaust sandblasted for $20 and powdercoated for $30 at a local shop

The two things on the left are the guards and the thing on the right is the bottom guard plate

How long do you have to leave the parts in the acid? that sounds like a good idea

will the acid kill your lawn if you dump it on the lawn after?

omg yes please dont just dump the acip down the drain or in the lawn. it will kill the grass and the soil. bring it to a recycling place or a oil recycleling plant.
