Yep. They are around here in Indiana. Those, and others that are similar, we always called them Tri-Sports.

These were made by a company called "BRUTE" as stated in the ad in n Fairmont, MN, my home town! Dont live there anymore though.. They also made two wheeled Brute cycles, I used to own one but it burnt up in a fire. They are pretty neat I guess.
