Ok this is probably an odd request.

Does anyone around LI know how their 200x is jetted?
I know carbs are finicky with elevation and location. I have a 200x with a Lifan engine in it that i have not once had running correctly and i'm looking for a place to start when i order some new jets.

Originally i had the 30mm Sheng Wey carb on it. That only ran fine at WOT and like crap everywhere else. It also leaked horrendously. That was jetted 142 main and 40 slow jet. they both had K next to them which i assume means keihin size

After reading Goat's thread about his Lifan conversion, i bought a stock 24mm Keihin. Its got a 102 main and a 40 slow jet. This carb will not run at WOT and seems a bit lean in the middle, and fat at the bottom. Clip in the middle position.

I just ordered a carb rebuild kit off ebay. I'll find out what kind of jets that gives me.

Any thoughts?

Have you looked at Dammit's post about carb jetting? It may help.

I actually did read all of it yesterday. There's just a huge range of main jets and i don't have any spares to try.

I'm going to order a few new main jets and a few slow jets and see what i get once i get a starting point.
