Hey im putting a 340 kawasaki sled motor in a honda 200 frame. i dont have any pics yet but i will get some. i allready got the motor in and am workign on the seconday clutch.

It has the potential to be cool. It may be a lot of work though. I once put an air cooled RM 250 engine on a 200X and it worked good so it is possible to do this mix and match. Good luck. Hope it works out for you.

is the kaw motor water cooled.

I wanted toput a sled motor in a bike and threw the ideas of putting it in my 200s i

I had a year or so ago but it was a very unpractial for a bike like that.

There are bikes with sled engines on here like E.T but

hooking up jackshafts and what no could be difficult plus a 200s frame gives very

little room to work with.

sorry abotu the pics i cant get them on here. but i got the seconday clutch and shaft mounted on it. now i just need to weld a sprocket on the shaft and hook up the chain!!! not much longer now. a week or so and it will be close to done

HAHA yeah i know. i will have to put a guard over the clutches or something and have a footpeg either on that or way out to the front or side or something. What do you guys think i should do abotu that? and what do you guys think i should do about exhaust?

Similar builds have been done on here. Just do a search and im sure you'll find a couple threads. If i remember right it wasnt too long ago i saw one with a skidoo rotax power plant
