'82 Yamaha YT175 Tri-Moto

Im looking for a choke cable for this trike and Im not having any luck with my sources. (Dennis Kirk, Locale Yamaha dealer, local Junkyards) I was wondering if any on knew of a place that might carry new or used choke cable for this trike. Somehow the plastic peice that mounts to the dash melted to the metal cable itself and is not salvagable. Any info would help. Thanks!

:welcome: Try sportwheel.com ,, They are located here in MN. They have acres of old bikes. I was there a few months ago and I know for a fact they had some tri moto 125 and 175's and know they would have the cable. They ship daily and are fair on smaller parts like that. I would give them a call. The number is on the website. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

You can still get the choke cables from the dealer or ebay. If your dealer says they can't get them, find another dealer. There are alot of parts that you can still get for these trikes from the dealer. You can also try bikebandit.com and service honda for your yamaha factory parts.
