I run Ricky Stator. I have never had any issues with the Ricky stator/flywheel combo, but other guys on here will tell you otherwise.

For the Tecate stators I've had good success with just the Ricky flywheel and rebuilding the stock stator with a Moose brand ignition stator.

i can say i tried to go with the moose aftermarket / cheaper then factory for my 250r and it was just a pile, went through multiple ones that wouldnt work on my bike. ended up going with the oem and has been perfect since.

Electrix in Calgary has ricky stators, sorry bud I never saw that coming, the flywheel and stator were good when I pulled and cleaned it up before you came and got her I had no idea.
