So I got my manual and I started to dig in. It seems that my issue is electric, not carbed. It works great at idle, but no power and stuff upon throttle. So, I guess I have a KLT200 A-2, cause there is no friggen points. I took off the cover and there's nothing but gear. I pulled off the left side engine cover and took the Dynamo? and the pickup out. Both are soaked in oil... is that normal? Will it time ok with being drenched in oil? There's a gasket to seal this area, so I'm assuming that it's meant to get oil... right? Suggestions? Maybe it's that stupid CDI box?
