Ok guys...I GOT THE SWINGARM BOLT OUT!!! Just soaked it in PB Blaster while I was out of town and heated it up twice with a MAP torch and then threw cold water on it. Started budging on the 5th direct hit with a brass sledge.

Parts are coming in...have pics to put up later tonight...but

ITS TIME TO DROP OFF THE FRAME FOR POWDERCOATING!!!!!

I have been quoted at 200 bucks.

WHAT COLOR SHOULD I GET???? Plain Honda Red, Metalllic Red, Clear coat???

Taking it in tomorrow....hit me with a good scheme!

Get something neat, but something that will go with your plastic color choice.

I'd go with a nice gloss black... or silver. mmm.

I find it near impossible to match plastic, only because some of them are discontinued. So you end up with an OEM tank and aftermarket fenders etc etc..... Thats why I personally change the tank color from the plastics and sometimes the frame should be completely changed too.

It's all up to you and your personal thoughts.....

Ok dudes...damn...this has been grueling every step of the way...swingarm bolt, swingarm bearings (had to cut them out), cracked cases (when the crank blew it hit right on the mating surfaces), stubborn studs (have to put in longer ones for the trx crank)...BUT................I did it all!!!!!!!!!! Im beat the hell up and have to start the rebuild now....the entire trike is in pieces. I have went thru the entire trike...everything has been replaced/restored. Did every last bearing, seal and got the high quality total stainless bolt kit. The forks are refreshed with OEM boots and I polished them. I am polishing the entire motor right now on a buffer wheel.

The frame just came back and looks UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Powdercoating is truly amazing.

I need to paint my radiator and some other black parts....what is the best black spray to use to match OEM look?

More pics to come....
