Help with front brake 86 250r

I can't get the air out of the line. I've tried bleeding it like 4 different ways. Both cylinders move freely and are sealing, pads are good. I think the master cylinder must be leaking or the line maybe? I don't really feel like rebuilding the mc, I would rather replace it and the line for something that would work better. Hell if its cheap enough I would do the caliper too. I swapped the rear for a yz and have been happy with it. What are my options for the front?

Would a cr250 mc fit on it, is it an improvement over stock?

Yes a cr250 mc would work. I have put quite a few honda 4 wheeler mc's on street bikes I have built in the past and they work great...
