I put a carb kit in, on the pilot screw which had fallen out i put the o-ring on first then the little washer then spring is this right? Also when you rev it the idle hangs semi high for 2-3 seconds, on my sled i know it's from a lean condition would it be the same on a 4 stroke? Pilot screw out =lean right?
