Not unless you have the needed machining equipment at your home..

well you would have to press or bore the old sleeve out of the jug.. then bore the cylinder for the new sleeve diameter and machine the appropiate steps into the cylinder or sleeve so your port heights come out close when the sleeve is pushed in.. then the excess sleeve would need to be milled flush with the deck.. after that you would have to do a bunch of port matching by hand.. prefereably with porting tools if you want your tranfer ports well matched.. and finally you would need to chamfer the ports and bore/hone the sleeve to desired finished bore size..

Alot of guys press the new sleeve in. It's actually alot better to freeze the sleeve and heat the cylender.

alot of oem sleeves are cast in place.. and some cylinders never came with sleeves at all.. so there is alot more to it than just pressing the old out and pressing the new one in... the cylinder bore will need to be fitted for the sleeve and the sleeve bore will need to be fitted to the piston.. not to mention if you dont have the tools to rematch the ports the performance will also likely be decreased...

to save some cash put the cly in front of a bullit heater till its hot as hell then drop it on the work bench and the stock sleeve sould come out.

i have done this to 350x sleeves and it works great

Stock 2stroke sleeves aren't pressed in they have the cylinder cast around the sleeve. You have to have them machined out to accept the new sleeve and then the new sleeve pressed in. Newer engines don't have sleeves the cylinder walls are plated.
