i am trying to take everyone's advice and remove my plastic filter from my metal 350x tank , and run an inline filter instead. I took that undid the nut , and the on off petcock park came down , there is a metal tube attached to the on / off part , but there is no plastic tube. If you look at the tank where the on/off attaches i think the plastic part broke off , and is stuck in the tank. Do i try and pull it out ? or is that plastic lineing part supposed to be in the metal tank ?

the plastic part may have allready been removed?
stick it back together and put the in-line filter on and
make sure the flow arrow is the correct way

i got it , it was still in there , it just broke off from the whole assembly. What a pain in the ass getting that out of there tho.

i got 2 pictures , one from what it looked like when you can see it is still in the tank stuck in there , and the second of what it looked like after i finally got it out with a flat screwdriver and some elbow grease :beer2
