i've tried to beat it up heat it up soak it in rust penetrant



is there something i'm missing?????


where do you hit it what do i do i'm stuck here please help

i want to go really ride it and i cant until this is fixed.

Not sure if you used oxy/acet but propan and or MAPP are not hot enough for tough stuff.

Either try O/A or carefully cut it with a 3" cutoff wheel and get another hub.

Not towards you, but this is why I tell everyone to put thick waterproof grease on all there splines ALWAYS!!

EDIT - If this was the last rotor hub in existence I'd do this: I'd get 3 bolts to thread in the rotor hub, I'd weld 3 long threaded rods (probably 3/8-16) onto those bolts and make a plate that fit over the axle shoulder with slip holes and put nuts on them. Then heat up that frozen rotor hub and tighten each nut on the studs I made to evenly yank it off.

I make tools like this all the time when I can't afford to destroy the part.

i have that all over my tri z and blaster my brother just got this a month or so ago.
