Thanks!

Is the recoil gone or broken? A lot depends on the condition. Post some pictures if you can.

Not hard to fix, has some rinky-dink springs in it that can be hard to find, that and a plate, a main spring and a rope is pretty much all to it. Just need all the parts for it.

I bought the one in my sig for $100. I was told it runs, but wasn't able to try it because the recoil rope was broken.

idk much about the 110's but if it has a clutch you could pull it on a street or down a hill and pop the clutch wile in 1st or 2nd gear.

I pull started my 200 while the stater rope was broke. You should be able to pull start it by putting it in 2nd or 3rd and pulling it till it starts.

I agree. I own 3 - 110's and they can be pull started in higher gear as firehart stated. If the small springs are broken on your recoil starter, I've found the small wire material to replace them around the house. You only need one (1) wire/spring that's in good shape to pattern by.

First gear on the high range will get her going on pavement, might have to go to second on dirt but make sure again, it's in high range.
