recoil starter help

i have a 200m the pull rope broke off so i pulled the starter off. the pully that you wind the cable on is cracked it has seperated and it catches the rope. i dont know where to get a pully from or how to install it. do i have to wind the spring befor i put it on bike or is it wound enough.

i have a new reel that the rope goes on $15 and i have a whole pull start recoil with a new rope in it for $40.i live in amite louisiana,what part are you from.

i was taking the starter off and broke the two bolts on top off in crank case. do you think i can get them out with an easy out or possbly just drill them out?

anyone know if i can drill the studs out the crankcase cover.
