I am in the US but should have a wiring harness( fairly cheap + shipping ). Not sure what the cost would be to ship it, but if you want I can try to find out.

after lookin at the wiring digram i think i might just have to reconect the neutral and revers switch wires... i think it needs to know its in neutral to start, even using the kicker.. dose this sound right? ill try it anyway.. thanks for the offer, if i get desperate i might have to get 1 shipped in from the us.. so ill keep it in mind.. i think that ill be albe to work it out once i find someone to hold the spark plug wire while i kick it over till they get zapped...there couldnt be much wrong with it..

You're right. Electric and kick start; the trike has to be in neutral, the wires must be hooked up and you must have the neutral light on for it to 'know' it's in neutral.
I think the Clymer manuel has a procedure for checking that neutral switch. The plug that connects into that neutral (and reverse) sensor can get very corroded and the neutral light will not come on. Make sure they are clean and cover them with dielectric grease.
If the ignition and run switch are working fine and it's still not starting; you're down to checking for spark at the plug, smell of fuel in the cylinder, battery power (not needed for kickstart), carb health, fuel supply from tank...
Oh, and a couple of zip ties will hold a spark plugs contacts very nicely against an engine block.

The nuetral and reverse circuit operate on the principle of grounding. Cut the wires and tie them to the frame and the circuit will think it is always in nuetral and reverse and will start in gear.
