i am looking to get another set of rims and tires for my tecate. i know it has a wider axle and different hubs on it. when i replaced the nuts for the wheels they ended up being 1/2" fine thread nuts. i have douglas wheels on right now. the studs seem to be around 2 3/4" measuring across and 4" on the diagonal. How do i go about finding rims for it?

If you have a 4" diagonal measurement to the center of the studs, you have 4 on 4" bolt pattern as the '84 Tecate came with.

I have bought and used brand new ITP aluminum wheels for the Yamaha Blaster(4/100mm bolt pattern......1" being 25mm therefore 100mm is 4"), but the Blaster studs/holes are smaller . I used a 1/2" drill bit to slightly enlarge the bolt holes in the wheels, and it fit the '84 Tecate hub perfect and ran true.
