Ok, I got my 200x all put together. I have an aftermarket kehin replica carb It is slightly larger than stock. It will start first kick and idles great but if I twist the throttle to fast it will bog down and die. If I ease the throttle up slowly then it wont do it. It also wont do it if the choke is on. I tried all the needle settings then I thought it might be the jets so I installed a set of stock jets into the replica carb. It had no effect. Stock jets are 108 main and a 40 pilot. The carb had a 97 main and a 39 pilot so I figured that was the problem but its not. I tried the air to fuel ratio screw still nothing. Im stumped could it be getting to much gas? Please help

Thats what I figured this carb is a 30mm and the jets where smaller than stock 200x jets. Maybe its beacuse the manifold is to small for the carb.

well i have a 200x with a mukuni 26mm carb and cobra pipe and with no air box lid mines jetted at 115(130 kehin) and needle in the richest position. the stock jet that came in the carb was way too lean like 10 sizes to lean. those carbs are set up for 50cc-125cc pit bikes

try a larger main jet, it should help the bog. If it runs better with the choke then its not getting enough fuel.
