Need choke all the time

Hello,
I just got a 200s. I have to leave the choke on a little bit all the time. Or the engine will bog a bit when running at high rpm. Any idea why this could be?

To start with give the carb a good cleaning and set the air fuel mixture screw back to factory settings.

Right. it sounds like you have a partially cloged jet and its not allowing sufficent fuel to pass by, so thats why it runs good with the choke. had it been sitting for a while? What does the gas look/smell like in the tank?

clean the carb, air filter, and breather tube on the air cleaner box

Thanks for the information everyone. The jet that is not the main one (Secondary?)
was clogged solid. Got that poked through and a new air filter and its running great.
