M trying to get my new toy started I cleaned the carb out it is nice and clean all new gas lines and I sand blasted the inside of the tank there shouldn't be any fuel issues when I try to kick start it it takes like 20 or more kicks to get to the compression cycle it sparks when it hits this cycle but it takes forever I tried to jump start it but no good I replaced the fuse and still no juice to the dash board any ideas

sounds like electrical, get yourself a multi meter and start doing resistance and voltage drop tests between the starter and the battery and between the battery and the dash.
