Are exhaust tips any good??? (Link Added)

I was looking to buy a pipe for my ex but i realized there anywhere from 2-400 and i dont have that much so are those exhaust tips any good? do they sound good and give a little more power? Thanks guys

if your mostly stock other then weight savings you wont see a huge difference

Those tips will probably give the bike a more aggressive sound but as far as performance....probably not anything noticable. They look nice tho and are pretty cheap. My buddy has a FMF silencer on his 250R and it sounds really nice. You can pick those up starting aroung $100.

Well i was just thinking the exhaust tip temporarally till i get enough for a nice sounding pipe...Im looking for a throatier sound...Does this hurt the valves if i put a tip on it?

if you get an aftermarket silencer later on that tip might not fit it.

i would just wait and get what you want.....but no the valves will be fine

Save the money you would spend on that tip and buy a good pipe... None of that cobra junk... That tip really wont do anything for you but lighten your wallet...
