Looks like an Agway 305 to me.
305cc Briggs motor - many trikes like this were made back in the early 80's.
I am thinking now Western Auto sold them.

"Agway" was a farm and family store chain on the east coast,...used to see them when I lived in western new york and 10 years ago I saw the last one here in southern pa close,...it was probably made for this chain store by manco or someone like manco and they slapped a "Agway" sticks on them for the Agway chain.....Jared200x
