85 200X sprocket hub question

can I use the sprocket hub from an '82R on a stock '85 200X axle to get rid of the cushioned mounts? If so which model sprocket(R or X) does it require?

Good luck getting them off!!

I had one HELL of a time getting the 85 200X one off, heat and a 20ton press and I bent the axle. Whacking it with punches and brass drifts only damaged it.

Maybe someone here has figured out a solution for those rubber bushings?? Throw up another post and ask.........

I'm sure SOMETHING else fits, maybe we just haven't found it :D

Are you talking about the rubber piece that go inside the hub? Simply drill the holes and put bolts through them.
