OK So i took carb apart and cleaned jets and cleared some clogged passages. Runs like a champ now but one thing is puzzleng me. Once in awhile if I down shift from say 3rd to 2nd to 1st kinda fast to avoid using breaks the motor when it hits Netural the rpms shoot up to real extreme high and stay there. Tapping the throttle does nothing. I even tryed adjusting the idle when it happens and it make no difference. If I kill the engine and restart it is fine. I am thinking maybe a vac leak or something? :wondering
