110 Headlight Help????

Trying to get lights working on my 83 110. Bulbs good, switch appears good, any tricks I can try quick? Where do I start, not really familar with the cdi 12 volt stuff ya know. Us poor 70 guys use 6 volt.....lol...shens shens shens Help a poor 70 dude out.... thanks all...... one wheel short of normal:twisted:

Start by getting a volt meter and checking either the white or blue that plug into the headlight and ground.

If no voltage there - work your way back to the switch - and connections coming from your lighting coil. You have to have a volt meter to trouble shoot this. Set it to either 12 or 20 volt DC for this.
