can any 1 tell me if a 84-85 tecate axle will fit into a 86-87 tecate 3 if so wats involved

As far as I know, the two are very different and it wouldn't be worth doing.

Totally different in size!

it will work if you use the 84-85 carrier, brakes, hubs, etc..
