I think Harbor Freight had them for 40 bucks, but you provide the plastic. You can use an old fender as a source though.

using a good workburning or soldier gun works well. thats what i used. heat the plastic up on each side of the crack, and just melt and mold it together. do the same on both top fender and underneath the bottom of it as well. depending on hogood you do, sometimes you dont even need to sand it down all that much, if you wanna sand it down at all. i ended up sanding mine down with a bunch of different grit papers, working rough to fine. then i had them professionally painted thru my uncle. unlike alot of people say, yes, if prepped right and painted the right way, the paint will adhere and stay. the end result is nice.... at least i think.
i dont have any before pics showing the crack, but lets just say the whole right side fender was basically cracked and falling off from the rear all the way upto the kick tunnel.

filled the missing corner section with some left over kawi green plastic i had...

sanded them after all cracks were fixxed, and test fitted to see what they looked like...

i still need to build a brace for these fenders as my stock t3 rear fender brace doesnt work. they will look alot better when they are nice and straight and not sagging down. plus i will be running 18"tri-tracs or american racers on the rear as well.
