Hi, I replaced the clutch on my 110 and following the manual I think I got it right( no extra parts!) Now when i started is it seems that the clutch is engaged from the get go. I cabt put into gear because it turns off, I propped up the rear wheels and the wheels turn as sson as I put it into gear. What did i do wrong?? any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

did you soak the clutch frictions before you put them in? dont put them in dry, soak them a hour or so before install.

I did the soaking and reasemble with same results, the bike wont idle while in gear. I read the manual and the written explanation says the steels plates go in a different order to what the illustration depicts. which one is right?

It Runs! I followed the directions on the text of the manual instead of the picture as far as the order the plates go in . I t is runing and went on a ride with my kids. So far so good.
