Here's a few pictures of my 125 I bought a few weeks ago . After much wet sanding the plastics look night and day different...they were really bad .
It needed some tires so I put 2 new on the back and have the front tire on the way . I'm also recovering the seat with some gray vinyl . The old cover looked like rats were chewing on it lol . I also installed a new headlight to replace the ancient one with a 9006 bulb . It feels good getting back in the game after 15 years without a 3 wheeler . I'm already looking to buy another one lol .

Thanks man....She runs real good . I haven't had it out of 3 gear yet . The little bugger screams :) I still need to install new rear pads and put a new chain on . The chain on it now is streched out...the adjuster is maxed out too . I want to get that stuff on before I let it loose lol .

Thanks...your plastics will come out good just take your time . Start with 320 grit wet and sand in the same direction and work your way up .You can go up to 1500 grit but I stopped at 1000 and then polished . Make sure the paper and plastic is always wet or the paper will clog up .

Thanks man...I decided to put a little time and money in it . I haven't had a 3 wheeler in some time now and the bug has bitten me again lol . Probably going to put a 175 motor in it soon .

Looking good, Cutty what a difference a little elbow grease'll do. Are those ytm forks & triples? What about steering stops, are they different on each frame?

Yep a night a day difference from when I got . Sand...Sand...and more Sanding lol . The forks are off a 225 dx . As for the steering stops i'm not sure , this turns pretty far .

I just looked at the steering stops and they do hit the frame . It almost turns 90 degrees each way with these forks . I don't know if that's more than the stock forks or not .

Well...haven't gone for a ride yet , getting the seat done . I was going to recover the seat but decided to have my upholstery guy re-do the foam and new vinyl . I should have it back by friday .

I am going to do it myself because I did it once and it came out good but over time it started to stretch and look wrinkly.
