help with how to ship a frame

i never shiped a frame before.can some one tell me how to do it.do i use a box or what.and what the best shipping provider to use

print out the ups label and tape it to the frame. simple as that.

Id wrap it in the plastic wrap thats used on pallets, then throw a label on it.

Yep, get some pallet type shrink wrap or spend a few bucks on a huge roll of Saran Wrap and have at it.

I've heard stories that some places won't ship it that way, but I haven't had an issue with that. FEDEX was always the best rate for me with larger items.....
