Try spraying some starting fluid in the carb and see if it starts. Have you checked the timing?

What kind of bike is this? 2-stroker? 4? Lots of different reasons for different machines!

Since two strokes dont have timing chains, i'd say 4 stroke. I think he has a atc200.
Line up the flywheel make and see if the cdi is still in line. Those little pins that hold the cdi in place are bad about falling out.

Yea check the pin that holds the pulse generator in place also make sure the little springs are not broke. The little circle on the generator should be matched up with the little circle on the base or it will fire at the wrong time. If that is all good then go to your carb.

ok so i finnaly drilled the bolt out and got the cdi off, the pulse generator seems to line up fine... but its still not starting. also a small peice mabey the size of a flint from a lighter fell out and its shaped like a semi colon. :S

That sounds like the pin that drives the rotor. Pull the rotor and see if its still in the cam.

heres a pic of the peice tat came out of my cdi, http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/6850/69852189.th.jpg (http://img152.imageshack.us/my.php?image=69852189.jpg)

i believe that peice is front under my pulse generator that gives it the fire timing am i correct???

sounds like a stuck valve.your gonna have to replace it and while your at it,replace the other one.

i just corected what i wrote i jumped to conc;usions too fast the vavle goes up and down when the piston does but i believe its my pulse generator thats causing problems cause as u can see in the pic that small flint peice? i believe comes from under the generator hence to no spark rite now?

anyways i played around with the pulse generator and now its trying to start but still wont... it barks and putts but wont start... also when it is about to start it sends a cloud of smoke out the carb(i took the airbox off to try n start it)

sounds liek it's firing on the exhaust stroke. you sure you got the CDI setup correctly?

the center peice can go either way. when the timing marks onthe crank and cam are TDC the line on the center of the cdi shoudl be on the line with the pulse pickup. if it's not it's 180 out.
