so i just read a different thread talkin about how jb weld is def not good enough to patch up and exhaust. i have a ytm200k and need to do a quick fix and have no welder. is there any kind of apoxy that would work, high heat somthing??

hey, exhaust pipe and band/motorcycle clamps.

Band clamps specifically for exhaust are the way to go, they are generally used to seal the joint between 2 pipes and therefore have two clamps on them...

JB Weld isn't really the right way, but it might work for a little while. That stuff has impressed me on more than one occasion.

so i used some quicksteal to seal up where the pipe was leaking, not sure how well its worked yet
