What's this bolt near my kick start? 250r

This bolt is half out but won't tighten and is kinda wobbly... what is it?

it keeps that rod for your clutch in your side cover

Is it supposed to be tight? All the way in? Or is it ok?

It's probably the wrong bolt.... Too long also.

I believe that bolt is shorter and the end of it may be turned down smooth to fit in a groove on the clutch pivot shaft to keep it from coming out.

I don't own an AC 250R so I'm honesty GUESSING, but sometimes I guess pretty good :D

Maybe someone could post a pic of the right bolt. You could make one using a cordless drill as a lathe against a grinding wheel.
